British YouTuber Joe Weller recently shared an Instagram video of his baptism, posting a faith testimony that he said marked a turning point from skepticism to belief in Jesus Christ.

In captions accompanying the video, Weller quoted Galatians 2:20: “It is no longer I who live, but Christ who lives in me.” He wrote that he once viewed baptism as “some silly dunk in water that didn’t mean anything,” but now describes a “complete spiritual renewing” that he attributes to the Holy Spirit. “I am so excited to declare that I have been crucified with Christ,” he wrote.
From rejection to open confession
In a separate Instagram post, the 30-year-old content creator said he had initially rejected Christ as “a load of nonsense.” He added, “I just want to say, I have been saved by the Lord Jesus Christ.”
Weller wrote that he had tried “everything… to try and feel genuinely fulfilled and at peace—spirituality, diet, travel here there everywhere, work, fame, money,” but at “rock bottom… He never ever gave up. He never gave up when I was at rock bottom and He was the only place left to turn.”
“He has genuinely transformed me. He has renewed my mind. He is the Truth, the Way, the Life that we are all searching for,” Weller wrote.
