Boxes and boxes of them, handed out like someone was prepping for a street-level Marvel movie battle.

So let’s ask the question the mainstream media refuses to touch with a ten-foot pole: who paid for this?

Because someone absolutely did. Those shields weren’t bought on a whim from a weekend garage sale. They were purchased, stockpiled, and deployed—intentionally. Three groups are currently under the spotlight: the Coalition for Humane Immigrant Rights (CHIRLA), the Party for Socialism and Liberation, and the Service Employees International Union. That first one, CHIRLA, is especially interesting—not just because they’ve been vocal in protests, but because they’re awash in government grants.

That’s right. You—the American taxpayer—have been footing the bill.

CHIRLA reportedly received $34 million in taxpayer money out of their $45 million revenue in recent years. Their funding exploded under the Biden administration, ballooning from $12 million to $34 million. That kind of sudden cash flow doesn’t happen by accident. It happens because someone wants to grease the wheels.
