LifeSiteNews reports that Operation Rescue founder and 2024 presidential candidate Randall Terry, joined by a slate of 10 congressional candidates, has begun airing graphic anti-abortion TV ads that urge President Donald Trump, his Department of Justice, and Republican members of Congress to take stronger action against abortion.
Where the ads are running
According to LifeSiteNews, the commercials have already aired during The View, ABC’s Good Morning America, and local newscasts. The outlet says additional buys are scheduled for NBC’s The Today Show, CBS Evening News, and daytime programs General Hospital and The Young and the Restless, among others. The ads began running this week in the Washington, D.C., metro area, LifeSiteNews reports.

What the spots show and say
LifeSiteNews says the ads include photos and video of five babies from a 2022 incident at a Washington facility; the children are named in the ad as Harriet, Phoenix, Angel, Holly, and Christopher. In one spot titled “President Trump, when you meet God,” Terry says: “President Trump, Baby Harriet was found in 2022 with four other late-term babies. Your DOJ has done nothing… Millions of babies have died from the abortion pill, but you, HHS, and Congress, have done nothing… You and Congress must honor God and use your authority to end this genocide.”
Another ad includes Terry’s warning: “If you lose the House or Senate, blame yourselves, because you betrayed your voter base,” and, “America cannot be great wading through the blood of innocent babies.” A third ad states: “Be warned, a reckoning is coming if we don’t end this genocide,” according to LifeSiteNews.
Organizer’s rationale
In comments attributed to an interview with LifeSiteNews, Terry said, “Our first loyalty is to God and the babies, not to the Republican Party,” and argued that abortion is polling low as a voter priority: “It’s hovering between one and three percent. TV ads like this drive abortion back into the center of the political debate.”
Who’s involved
LifeSiteNews identifies the slate as congressional candidates in Alaska, Arizona, Hawaii, Illinois, Michigan, and New Jersey. The outlet reports that six of the candidates have been arrested in protests at abortion facilities. It also says Virginia candidate Joan Andrews Bell, described by the outlet as a pro-life activist, was sentenced to prison by the Biden administration’s DOJ and was later pardoned by President Trump shortly after he retook the White House.
Funding and reaction
LifeSiteNews says the campaign seeks funding to expand TV airtime in the final weeks of the midterm congressional races and includes a donation link. The outlet also reports that some conservatives have expressed displeasure or anger at Terry’s criticism of Trump and GOP lawmakers.
